TrueFixPhone Terms of Service

These Terms describe the rules for using TrueFixPhone services and websites. By requesting service, scheduling a pickup, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Service authorization
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and authorize us to inspect, diagnose, and perform requested repairs. Some repairs may require irreversible changes to the device.
Estimates, approvals, and changes
We may provide an estimate before work begins, and final pricing may change after inspection. We will request approval before proceeding with additional work.
Data and backups
You are responsible for backing up your data before service. Data loss can occur during diagnostics or repair. We recommend removing SIM cards and signing out of sensitive accounts.
Parts and replacements
We may use new, reconditioned, or refurbished parts to complete repairs. Replaced parts may not be returned unless required by law.
Warranty
We provide a limited repair warranty for workmanship and parts as described in your service confirmation. The warranty does not cover unrelated damage, liquid exposure, or misuse after repair.
Payments and refunds
Payment is due when services are completed unless otherwise agreed. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the repair outcome and the service provided.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or loss of use. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Abandoned devices
Devices not collected within a reasonable period after service completion may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt fraud, or interfere with normal operations. We may refuse service or terminate access for abuse or unlawful activity.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
