Coverage period
Coverage start date and duration are defined on your ticket or final invoice. Keep your ticket code for faster support.
What is covered
- Defects related to installed parts covered by your service ticket.
- Workmanship issues directly tied to the repair performed by TrueFixPhone.
- Repeat symptom on the same repaired component during the valid coverage window.
What is not covered
- Physical damage after delivery, including drops, bent frames, or cracked glass.
- Liquid damage, corrosion, or moisture exposure after service.
- Battery wear from normal aging or heavy-cycle use.
- Any unrelated hardware or software issue not included in the original ticket.
- Repairs or modifications made by another provider after our service.
Warranty claim process
- Open your ticket in the customer portal or email support with your ticket code.
- Describe the issue clearly and include photos or videos when possible.
- Bring the device for inspection or schedule pickup if available in your area.
- If the issue qualifies, we will repair, replace, or apply the proper remedy based on the original service scope.
Service notes
Warranty is limited to the original repair scope and does not extend to full device coverage. Final eligibility is determined after inspection by our technician team.
